A mix of Eucharistic worship, songs and play for pre-school children up to and
including Year One children (aged 6).
Traditional Sung Eucharistic Service at Christ Church at 10am on Sunday: Ideal for ages 7 plus
Young people are integral to this service. They form part of our serving, intercessing, welcoming and reading teams. They help us run the sound system and lead worship. We also offer age appropriate teaching during the service.
St Mary’s Children’s Church at 11am on Sunday: 0-12 years
Informal, friendly and fun, we enjoy games, activities and Bible stories while parents attend the church service. Those parents and caregivers with children under four are welcome to stay and join in. We then join the congregation for the final part of the service. We meet at 11 am in the New Warren Tennis Club.
Little Angels, Christ Church at 10am on Wednesdays: 0-4 years
(Term time only)
A free group for caregivers and toddlers, with babies also welcome. Bring your Little Angels to have fun with stories and songs, music and toys, and squash, tea and toast. Finishes at 11.15.
Signpost is run as a traditional youth club complete with tuck shop. We enjoy a wide range of games and activities, with plenty of opportunities to get to know new people, share points of view and explore all kinds of topics and electronic and more traditional games. We meet in the Parish Hall next door to Christ Church on the 2nd & 4th Friday of each month (except Christmas, Easter & summer school holidays) from 8 to 9.30 pm.
The Bridge (14+)
The Bridge is an informal youth group that meets up on the 1st and 3rd Friday of each month (except Christmas, Easter & summer school holidays) in the parish hall next to Christ Church to share pizza, to chat, to explore a wide range of topics and to enjoy a range of electronic and traditional games. The group runs from 7.45 to 10 pm and sometimes includes a simple Eucharist.
